Members caregiver tables are $50.00 - Non Members caregivers table are $60.00. All product must be labeled with your name on it!!! Caregivers must arrive at least 1 hour early of entry time.
Only patients & caregivers allowed in Farmers market !!!! Caregivers who are counseling enter through the side door on the EAST side of building. This will only be open 1 hour prior to opening. Once we open, then its up to MOCC if you will be allowed in depending on how late you are or if you made prior arrangements.
You must have a valid Michigan Medical Marijuana Patient or Caregivers Card or Valid Paperwork and State ID to get in! NO EXCEPTIONS friends or family will not be allowed in doors.
They may wait for you outside in cars if they like.
Paper work needed, Copy of DR. recommendation, copy of cashed check, or money order info. Valid State ID. and a 3rd piece of id such as library card, credit cards, etc etc.
Clones will be inspected by our USB SCOPES and plants with bugs will not be allowed in building. MOCC prefers if you have your clones secured either in cage or box. No plants bigger then 24" please.
Medication tent will be available if we have enough volunteers to set up! This month Feb 6th we have enough volunteers. Medication tent will be set up. Remember to dress warm. We do have heaters but still can be a little chilly for some.

Push to legalize marijuana picks up steam in Michigan
NILES, Mich. -- A push to legalize marijuana is picking up steam in Michigan.
This week, a group called "The Committee for a Safer Michigan" will start collecting signatures. Members want to make it legal for anyone over 21 to have a small amount of marijuana -- without a prescription!
ABC 57 News spoke with a Niles couple today that is supporting the movement. The group said their story is an example of the problem with Michigan’s current medical marijuana law. For the purposes of this story they will be called “Jack” and “Jill”.

Mold and Mildew on Cannabis
Cannabis plants are susceptible to mold and mildew. No one knows whether or not mold or mildew on smoked cannabis represents a threat to the health of the patient, but it is best to avoid it. This is especially true if you have a compromised immune system or allergies. Mold is usually found as patches of gray or black growth on the inside of cannabis flowers and on the stems. Some types for dark colored mold grow in thin sheets on the outside of the flower.
Mildew can be found on any part of the plant. There is a particular kind of mildew known as white powdery mildew that is very common on cannabis plants. White powder mildew is a fluffy white growth that is often mistaken for trichomes on a flower. It can be distinguished as a slightly brighter shade of white than the trichomes. Be ware of flowers with two different white colors on them. Additionally, mildew will appear fluffy, while trichomes have a wet or sticky appearance. Use a magnifying glass to check for mildew on cannabis and on cuttings ( clones ) |

Michigan Supreme Court to hear two MM Cases
The court heard oral arguments on two cases that could help determine how the drug should be kept by medical marijuana users and how and when patients must gain doctor and state approval to avoid prosecution for possible violations.

Ferndale Medical Marijuana Dispensary Case Dismissed
FERNDALE, Mich. (WJBK) -- It looked like the stash seized in any other drug raid when the Oakland County Sheriff's Department showed us medical marijuana taken from Clinical Relief, a dispensary that used to operate on Hilton in Ferndale.
Now, nearly a year and a half after the raid, there is relief for seven workers who faced felony charges. Oakland County Circuit Judge Daniel O'Brien has dismissed the case.
"At the time our clients acted, they had no reason to believe that their interpretation of the medical marijuana act was not appropriate and not correct," said attorney Neil Rockhind.
That's what he has been arguing in court for months, and the judge agreed.
Clinical Relief was the first dispensary raided back in August of 2010. Since then, Michigan's Court of Appeals has ruled person to person medical marijuana sales through dispensaries are illegal, but at the time of the charges that ruling had not yet been made.
